„Partner” for our office in Munich
Your qualification:
- You have a solid background in Corporate Finance which you either gained in an investment bank / accountancy firm / consulting company or alternatively in the corporate development/M&A- department of industrial enterprises
- Preferably you have experience with transactions in the IT-sector or within digitalization.
- You got to be fluent in German
- Leadership qualifications and a proven track record in execution
- You have strong capabilities in business development and dispose of a reliable network of relationships on C-level or to shareholders of private companies which allows you to acquire mandates independently. Preferably, this network or your favored business case (sector specialization) corresponds to our strategy
- You are an entrepreneurial motivated team player with a clear ethical business attitude
- You are curious to develop the possibilities of an international organization and to explore such platform
